If you can't access the server over TCP:

•	Check the filters in the filter list. If you turned on TCP filtering but have not added any additional filters, all access to your server is denied by default.
•	Turn off TCP filtering and add new filters to your filter list that allow access to computers that have the IP addresses you specify.
